Detached House. Dated 1750 HW, but extensively remodelled late C18th. Ashlar, hipped slate roof behind parapet, moulded projecting cornice. 2 storeys. 3 windows, glazing bar sashes. Moulded cill band. Ground floor windows are under cornices on brackets. Tuscan column, projecting porch, now glazed with decorative fanlight. 1 storey wing to right. Side elevation: 4 windows, 15-pane sashes; outer 2 in slightly advanced wings. On site of Cold Bath Farm, rebuilt by Henry Walters (see also No. 290, High Street (Batheaston House).
