Description
Eden Park is a detached house dated 1750, although it was extensively remodeled in the late 18th century. The building is constructed of ashlar and features a hipped slate roof behind a parapet, along with a moulded projecting cornice. It has two storeys and three windows with glazing bar sashes. There is a moulded cill band, and the ground floor windows are situated under cornices supported by brackets. A projecting porch with Tuscan columns is now glazed and includes a decorative fanlight. To the right, there is a one-storey wing. The side elevation has four windows with 15-pane sashes, with the outer two located in slightly advanced wings. This house stands on the site of Cold Bath Farm and was rebuilt by Henry Walters.
