Description

The rustic archway on the drive to Combe Grove Hotel dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble and rock-faced rubble, standing approximately 15 feet high. The arch features a pointed design with abutments that rise to about 8 feet. On the west side of the archway, there are two square-headed recesses, each measuring 5 to 6 feet high and 4 feet wide.
