Description
The railway bridge located 100 yards north of the George Inn was built around 1840 for the Great Western Railway, designed by engineer I.K. Brunel. It features ashlar and coursed squared rubble construction, with some brick repairs. The bridge has three semi-circular arches, with the central arch showcasing a keystone. It also includes a projecting cornice and a parapet.
