Description
Clearbrook House is a farmhouse dating to 1779. It is constructed of rubble with freestone dressings, and has a double Roman tiled roof with coped raised verges. The building is two storeys high. The ground floor has two 16-pane glazing bar sash windows. The first floor has three 2-light casements with edge-chamfered mullions and surrounds. A 20th-century door is centrally positioned, sheltered by a slate hood supported on brackets.
