Description

This early 19th-century building comprises two houses, Nos. 30 and 32, along with an extension, No. 32A, on Warwick Street. The houses are set back from the street behind a substantial ground-floor shop extension, and their main façade faces away from the street. The design is symmetrical. The front has three storeys and is constructed from brick.

The front elevation features a single sash window centrally placed, flanked by three-light sash bay windows. The area between the storeys of the bay windows is rendered. All windows have glazing bars. A modillion eaves cornice runs along the top. The north front exhibits three evenly-spaced sash windows, also with glazing bars. A one-bay, three-storey extension is located to the west. The roof is covered in tiles.

Nos. 24 and 26 (even numbers), including No. 32A, and No. 36A form a group.
