Description

No. 10 Warwick Place is a cottage built around 1835. It has a stucco exterior with incised lines that mimic masonry. The roof is made of slate and features a brick chimneystack. The cottage is two storeys tall and has one window, which is a 12-pane sash set in reveals. On the left side, there is a doorcase with a 20th-century half-glazed door and an original rendered porch shaped like an upturned boat, complete with impost blocks. The rear of the cottage has 20th-century windows.
