Description

Number 7, Warwick Place, likely dates to around 1820. The building is not perfectly symmetrical and is constructed with stucco. It has three storeys and three sash windows with glazing bars, the central window having a blind upper section. Moulded cills incorporate decorative metal flower box frames, and the windows have moulded surrounds. A central porch features an arch of ogee form. The roof is slate-covered. Number 7 is part of a group that includes numbers 5 to 8.
