Description

Nos 13 and 14 Warwick Place are a pair of cottages likely dating to around 1835. They are stuccoed buildings with slate roofs. Each cottage has a single sash window with glazing bars, although the lower window panes have been altered. The cottages feature right-hand doors sheltered by shallow porches with ogee (curved) forms. Nos 13 to 18 Warwick Place are designated as a group due to their cohesive architectural style.
