Description

Old Mill Cottage is a building said to date from 1720 and is believed to have connections with Navarino Mills. It appears to have originally been a pair of cottages. The exterior features painted cobbles that are largely rendered on the sides, and it has a slate roof with a central ridge chimney. The corners and openings are quoined. The building is two storeys high, with one widely spaced sliding sash window with glazing bars on each half. The doorways, located on the outer sides of these windows, have been converted into matching windows. All openings are camber-headed. There is one fixed window on the front end of the south side, upstairs, and a quoined doorway on the north side.
