Description

Scaur Cottage is a building that dates back to 1822 and was originally two cottages that have now been combined into one. The exterior features whitewashed slate rubble walls topped with a graduated greenslate roof, which includes cement-rendered chimney stacks. The structure is two storeys high and has two bays. There is a 20th-century door in a plain opening, with a similar doorway to the right that has been blocked. The windows are sash style with glazing bars set in plain reveals.
