Description

These are a pair of houses, likely dating from around 1800, located on the High Street in West Tarring. They are built of coursed cobbles and have a 2-span slate roof. The front features two widely-spaced sash windows with glazing bars, and a left-hand 4-panel door. A garden wall, constructed of flint and brick, extends southwards from the houses along the street to Parsonage Row. The houses are situated close to number 16. They form a group with numbers 2 to 16 (even) and 20 to 32 (even) on the High Street.
