Mill Place Farmhouse, located on the Gravetye Estate in Kingscote, is a substantial "H" shaped farmhouse dating from the 16th century and later. The building features a tile-hung exterior and a tiled roof. Notably, it has one very fine Elizabethan chimney stack, although it has modern windows.
