Nos 6 and 7 Saint Hill Green is a former pair of dwellings, now a single building, dating from the 18th century. It is a one-storey structure with an attic, featuring four windows and four gabled dormers. The building is constructed of ashlar stone and has a slate roof. It includes casement windows with leaded lights and a projecting gabled central porch.
