Description

Standen (The Original Cottage) is a two-story building dating from the late 16th and early 17th centuries, with later alterations, probably from the 19th century. It is constructed of round floor brick and tile hanging to the first floor. The building has four casement windows with diamond-leaded lights. A 19th-century porch has been added. The roof is covered with Horsham slabs.
