Description

This is a barn located 100 metres southeast of Hanlye House, dating from the 16th century and reclad and extended in the 19th century. The barn features three bays, is weatherboarded on a brick plinth, and has a modern hipped tiled roof with a 19th-century penticed extension at one end. Inside, there are two crown posts, two upright posts, and one curved down brace. The structure includes thick jowled posts, tie beams, and some curved braces.
