Description

Buncton Manor Farmhouse is a Grade II listed building, originally a moated house, likely dating back to the medieval period. It features a T-shaped timber-framed structure that has been refronted with flints, accented by red brick dressings, quoins, and a cornice above each floor, although the south wing has been cemented. The east-west wing includes a half-hipped gable with an attic window. The roof is tiled and has a pentice made of Horsham slabs. There are two chimney breasts on the north wall and a round-headed entrance leading to a semi-basement cellar. The farmhouse has two storeys, an attic, and a semi-basement, with a total of five windows.
