Description

Deaves Farmhouse is a Grade II listed building originally constructed as a medieval hall house with two bays, featuring a cross entry and two service rooms. It is a timber-framed and plastered structure topped with a tiled roof, and it has a prominent heavy external chimney stack with tabled offsets located at the west end. The front of the building was likely jettied in the past but was altered in the 18th century. The farmhouse stands two storeys high and has a two-window range of three-light leaded casements. Inside, the property boasts heavy ceiling beams.
