Description
Fair Oak Farmhouse is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is faced with Roman cement and has an eaves cornice. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. A round-headed doorway is present, which includes a semi-circular fanlight. A later porch has been added over the doorway, with the fanlight now visible above the porch.
