Description

The Parish Church of St Mary is a large 13th-century church that has been heavily restored by architect Teulon. It features a tall shingled spire atop the west tower. The Vestry, known as the Lollards' Tower, is located at the north-east corner and dates from the 15th century. The church is part of a significant group of listed buildings in the Causeway, which also includes important structures in Market Square and South Street.
