Description
Holly Cottage is a timber-framed building dated 1711, situated on the south-west side of Steyning High Street. The structure has plaster infilling between the framing, with the ground floor facing flint and red brick dressings and quoins. It features a tiled roof and casement windows with diamond-shaped panes. The building is two storeys high and has two windows. A section projects outwards, featuring a pentice to the south-east.
