Description

1 The Courtyard is an 18th-century building, originally listed as the stables to Marriot House. It is constructed of red brick and features a rectangular two-storey design, with the longer sides oriented east and west. The building has a hipped tiled roof, with some tiling recently renewed on the western side.

On the north side, there is a cornice adorned with modillions and a central pediment. The west side includes two small sash windows and a loft door above. Additionally, on the north side, there is one small blocked opening above and a blocked semi-circular arch below, which is supported by rubbed brick voussoirs.
