Description

This building is a cottage that adjoins Walthurst Farmhouse on the north side. It dates back to the 17th century and was originally an outbuilding. The structure is timber-framed with plaster and painted brick infilling, and the ground floor has been refaced with brick. It features a half-hipped tiled roof and casement windows. There is a brick chimney breast with offsets located on the north wall.
