Description

Brookland is an L-shaped cottage, likely dating from the 17th century. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is faced with coursed stone, accented by red brick dressings and quoins, while the first floor of the west wing is tile-hung. The roof is half-hipped and covered with Horsham slabs. The windows are casement style.
