Description
25 and 26 Southgate is an 18th-century building with a slightly lower frontage than the adjacent No 25A. It features a tiled hipped roof with tiled ridges and consists of two parallel ranges, each with a central brick stack. The building has a small brick dentilled eaves cornice and is constructed of painted brick. It is two storeys high and has two sash windows with square heads and flush boxes, which do not have glazing bars. No 25 includes a doorway with a fluted frame and a modern door. No 26 has large plate-glass shop windows with moulded frames on the ground floor, located on the north and east sides, along with a modern doorway.
