Description

No. 67 East Street is a building dating from the 18th to early 19th century. It stands three storeys tall with a hipped slate roof and features a modillion eaves cornice, but no parapet. The structure is constructed of red brick and has one window, which is a three-light sash window located on the first and second floors. This window has flat arches, intact glazing bars, and rubbed brick voussoirs. The ground floor has a 20th-century plate glass shop front, with the top of the fascia positioned higher than that of No. 66. Nos. 65 to 68 East Street form a group.
