Description

No. 30 East Street is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features four windows. It has a tiled roof with a hip at the western end and an eaves cornice adorned with modillions, which are cut away above the windows. The building has sash windows set in reveals with flat arches, and the first-floor windows have rubbed brick voussoirs. Notably, these windows do not have glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is a wide 20th-century plate glass shop front with plate glass doorways and a 20th-century fascia.
