Description
Nos 2 to 4 on Tower Street are 18th century houses located next to No 1. They share a continuous roofline with No 1 and feature three dormer windows: a hipped dormer on No 2 and flat-roofed dormers on Nos 3 and 4. The houses have a small dentilled cornice below the eaves and are constructed of red brick, with one window bay for each house. They are two storeys tall with an attic. The windows are later 19th century sash windows, with glazing bars present on No 2 and Nos 3 and 4, although the glazing bars are missing on some. The doors for Nos 3 and 4 are set in reveals and are flush panelled, with the top panels cut away and glazed. The doorways feature flat arches with moulded wooden frames and entablatures above. Nos 1 to 6 form a group.
