Description

This is an 18th-century thatched cottage situated on the east side of College Lane. The cottage faces south and is two storeys high. The upper floor has one sash window with intact glazing bars within a flush box. Below, there is a single small window and a two-light casement window with diamond-shaped panes. A doorway is centrally positioned between the windows, featuring a moulded frame and a small hood. A flush-panelled door is set within the reveals. The lower portion of the walls are rendered, while the upper portion is constructed of flint rubble with brick lacing courses. The west wall is blank and built of flint and brick.
