Description
This is an early 19th-century building on the west side of Baker's Arms Hill. The ground floor is constructed of nodular flint, with red brick dressings and parts of the ground floor. The first floor is of beach flint. It has a hipped tile roof, and red brick chimneys. The building is two storeys high. The east-facing elevation features three casement windows on each floor, with glazing bars, the ground floor windows being segment-headed. There is one segment-headed planked door, approached by three ashlar steps spanning a cobbled gutter. The building forms a group with The Little House, numbers 3 to 31 (odd) Maltravers Street, and number 1 on the east side of Baker's Arms Hill.
