Description
These are two iron posts located at the west end of Bond Street. They were manufactured in the 18th century, with one post marked "C and H Tickell, Southampton. Arundel Corporation 1819" and the other marked "Sheppard, Arundel. Arundel Corporation." The posts are octagonal, tapering upwards, and topped with shallow conical caps. These posts, together with numbers 1 to 23 (odd) form a group.
