Description

Roseleigh is an early 19th-century building located on the west side of The Steyne. It is two storeys tall and has a stuccoed exterior. The façade features three-light bay windows on either side of a single window and door. The windows are sashes without glazing bars. The entrance has a modern door topped with a light open pediment supported by fluted pilasters. The building is finished with a cornice and a parapet, and it has a two-span slate roof. Roseleigh is part of a group that includes Nos 9 to 17 (odd), Sailsbury House Nos 19 to 27 (odd), and Steyne Hall, creating an uninterrupted sequence of buildings.
