Cottage. C17 or earlier with C19 alterations. Painted flint walls, weather- boarded outshot to rear and thatched roof hipped to one side. L shaped plan of 1 storey with external end brick chimneystack. Four later C19 4 panel sashes. Central wooden door. Some exposed timbers to interior and possible concealed cruck on one side.
