Description

No. 7 South Terrace is a late 18th and early 19th century building, originally part of a four-house terrace that included Nos. 8 and 10. The building has been stuccoed and features a full-height canted bay window and a mansard attic above a cornice and parapet. It is three stories high, with an attic and a basement with a front garden area. There are four sash windows, including the three-sided canted bay, and blind windows shared with No. 8. The windows on the first and second floors on the right-hand side have shouldered architraves. The mansard has dormer windows with some glazing bars. A round-headed entrance features a keystone projecting slightly from the band above the ground floor and contains a six-panel door.
