Description
Nos 3 and 4 South Terrace are early 19th-century buildings that rise four storeys with basements, although the railings have been lost from No 3. They feature a cornice and parapet, with the cornice missing on the south front of No 3. Each building has five sash windows and one blind window per floor facing south. No 3 is stuccoed, while No 4 is cemented, and the glazing bars are missing in No 4. The east front of No 3 has four sash windows, including a canted bay with three windows, and the central window on the second floor is paired. There are steps leading to a paired doorway with rectangular fanlights and six-panel doors, four of which are glazed on No 4. A modern balcony is present on No 3. Nos 3 to 20 South Terrace and the East Garden Wall of No 3 form a group.
