Cottage. 1904 by C.A. Voysey. Roughcast, stone dressings, hipped red tile roofs with roughcast stacks. 1 storey, court front: 2 windowed square pavilion to left with pyramidal roof, 2 windowed range set back behind entrance arch to centre, further square 1 window pavilion to left; all casement windows. Arched half glazed door to rear of left hand return front to the left of damaged pier, with arched string course over.
