Description

Bluegate Cottage and Weem Cottage is a cottage dating from the 15th century. It features a timber frame set on a rendered plinth, with brick infill, some of which is arranged in a herringbone pattern. The roof is plain tiled and has a stack at the rear. The building is two storeys high and consists of four bays, with corner bracing and irregularly placed casement windows. To the left, there is a plank door located under a tiled gable porch hood supported by wooden posts. Additionally, there is a wing that extends at right angles to the rear.
