Description

Abbey Cottage is a house dating from the 16th century, with additions made in the 20th century. It is timber framed, with a colour-washed rendered exterior and a plain tiled half-hipped roof, featuring end stacks. The house has one storey and an attic, with gabled dormers over the central portion. There are two windows on the front elevation, featuring casement windows. A central planked door is sheltered by a gable porch hood supported by wooden posts. A three-window extension sits to the right.
