Description

Number 45 Downing Street is a 18th-century building that stands three stories tall. The front is rendered and features a moulded string at the second floor level. The hipped roof is covered with old tiles and has moulded eaves. On the upper floors, there are four segmental-headed windows that do not have glazing bars. The ground floor has a plain shop front framed with pilasters and an entablature in the style of the 18th century. The building has good group value within its context.
