Description

Horseshoe Cottage is a 16th-century cottage with a timber frame covered in brick, featuring fishscale tile hanging above. It has a plain tile roof and tile-hung gable ends, with a ridge stack located to the left. The cottage is two storeys high and has 20th-century casement windows, with three positioned across the ground floor. There is a single-storey brick extension to the left and rear, and a 20th-century door is located in the right-hand return front. Inside, there is a deep brick fireplace, and much of the timber frame is visible.
