Description

Tugley Farm is originally two houses, now combined into one, dating to the 17th century with significant extensions. The construction is timber frame with whitewashed brick infill and tile hanging above, all covered by plain tile roofs. It is two storeys high and has a variety of window styles.

The main south-facing front has diamond-paned leaded casement windows, three across the first floor. A 19th-century plank door is located to the left, and a modern projecting wing is on the left end. A timber catslide roof slopes down on the right-hand side, with a 19th-century door set under a porch supported by wooden columns.

The east-facing return front is timber frame, now clad in brick and stone. It also has two storeys and mixed casement windows, three across the first floor, with the right-hand window now blocked.
