Description
This is a 17th-century dovecot, now used as a pavilion, located on Station Lane in Witney. The structure is built of sandstone rubble and has a plain tiled roof. It’s square in plan, with gables on each side. A plinth runs along the base of the building. There is one leaded casement window on each side. The original east side features diagonal mullions. An original half-glazed door provides access to a balcony with steps. Double doors are found on the first floor. A stack is situated on one end.
