Description

The Tournour Tomb, located 30 yards southwest of the Church of St. Mary in Chiddingfold, is a chest tomb dedicated to Lady Emily Tournour, who died in 1884. It is made of stone and features panelled sides with fluted gadrooned corners. The east and west ends of the tomb are adorned with carvings of cherubs, clouds, draperies, and urns. This tomb is part of a group with the Church of St. Mary.
