Description
These are two symmetrical blocks, numbers 100 to 103 West Street, built in 1812 and situated on either side of Factory Yard. Each block is three storeys high with three window bays. They are constructed of stucco, with flat eaves and a slate roof. The side walls are of ironstone rubble. The windows are generally three panes wide, although the centre windows on the upper floors of the eastern block are two-light casements. Modern plate glass shop fronts now occupy the ground floor. Nos 98 to 106 (consec), including numbers 98A and 104A, form a group.
