Description
London House is a house dating from around 1700. It is constructed of red brick that is rendered on a rendered plinth, featuring a deep wooden cornice with modillions that extends to the left over one bay of Unwins, leading to a plain tiled roof with rear stacks. The building has two storeys above a basement, with an attic under a hipped dormer on the right side and a plat band over the ground floor.
The first floor has five casement windows, while the ground floor features two glazing bar sash windows. The central entrance consists of an eight-panel door that is accessed by three steps, framed by a raised moulded strip surround, with a blind arch over the door and an open pediment above. The right-hand return front displays a gable with English bond brickwork made of red brick with blue headers.
