It features a timber frame with rubblestone cladding at the bottom and whitewashed brick infill above. The roof is plain tiled and has a corner stack at the rear left. The cottage is two storeys high and has two casement windows on the first floor. To the left, there is a part-glazed door that is sheltered by a flat porch hood supported by brackets. The right side of the cottage is rendered, while the rear has a parallel range that is weatherboarded.
