Description
The Anne Boleyn Hotel is an 18th-century hotel with later extensions, located in Egham at The Hythe. The main building is constructed of red brick with purple headers and features band courses at the first and second floor levels. It has a wood eaves cornice with brackets and a hipped tiled roof that includes a central sunken flat roof. The hotel is three storeys tall.
On the front elevation, the windows are casements with leaded lights, which include wood transoms and mullions. The ground floor has five windows, while the first floor has four windows, featuring a central recess for a restored wrought iron bracket and hanging sign. The second floor has three windows, each with a recessed panel at both ends.
To the east, there is a two-storey extension that has a pedimented doorcase with Tuscan pilasters. The first floor of this extension features a projecting bay window with leaded light casement windows. The interior and outbuildings have undergone significant alterations.
