56 Eastworth Road is a pleasant two-storey villa built around 1830-1840, featuring a basement. The building is two windows wide and has sash windows with glazing bars. It is constructed from amber brick with stucco dressings and has a slate roof with a small eaves soffit. The entrance door has two vertical panels and is framed by a stucco case with pilasters and consoles below a cornice. There is a small front garden enclosed by a low brick wall.
