  1. House and shop. First half of C18 with later alterations. Timber framed with brick nogging. Rendered front wall. Plain clay tile roof to front pitch and short parallel rear range; old pantiles at rear. Brick flanking stacks with external breast on south of front range. Two ground floor front rooms with end stacks and separate external entries; central rear stairs; rear outshut, partly built up on south to form separate range. Front elevation with paired doorcases with entablatures and shallow hoods, ledged doors, sash window with glazing bars to left hand, and three-light window in frame with glazing bars to right hand; two first floor windows, with central vertical glazing bars only. Rear wall with diagonal brace; straight windbraces to roof; timber framed north gable to built-up rear outshut. Interior: roof with straight windbraces; fireplaces with iron grates; quarry tile floors to pantry and scullery.
