Description

This is a bookmakers shop, forming part of a larger block on High Street. It dates from the 19th century. The building has stuccoed walls and a concrete tile roof, which is hipped at the west end. There are two chimney stacks. The shop is two storeys high. A projecting shop front was added later on the east side. The ground floor windows have been replaced. On the first floor, there is a central four-pane sash window, and two other sash windows, each with side lights.
