Description

Anners is a 19th-century house located on Thorpe Village Road. It is constructed of painted brick and features a tiled roof with one hipped end and one gable end. The original part of the building is two storeys high and includes a central porch adorned with a brick dentil course that matches the main house. The entrance door is semicircular headed and is complemented by a fanlight and a glazed door. Above the entrance, there is a four-pane sash window. On either side of the porch, there are two-storey splay-sided bay windows, each with two-pane sashes on the sides and a four-pane sash window in the centre. At the west end, there is a later matching extension that features a two-storey square bay with two windows on each floor.
